Delivery methods and costs
Shipping your package
The availability times for products are indicated for each item. These times are indicative.
Ketos is a small-sized company. Some items are not in stock and are prepared to order.
Please do not hesitate to contact us before ordering to find out the exact availability.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping charges.
Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total amount of your order..
We recommend that you group all your items in a single order.
We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile items..
The dimensions of the packaging are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
Different delivery methods are available to you.
Delivery methods
Delivery in mainland France
PREDICT SERVICE: Packages are generally shipped by the DPD carrier. With the Predict service, you are contacted by the carrier who offers you delivery time slots. The average delivery time is 24 to 72 hours for mainland France.
PICK-UP POINT SERVICE: This DPD pick-up point service allows you to be delivered to one of the 6000 partner pick-up points across France.
After your package is delivered, you have 9 days to pick it up at the chosen point, simply with an ID.

DPD CLASSIC: delivery to your workplace
COLISSIMO:
Once the package is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative timeframe of 48 hours, directly to your mailbox. If it is not large enough and you are absent, a delivery notice will be left allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 working days or to pick up your package the next day at 3 PM from the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you can then pick up your package at your designated post office within 15 days.

Delivery in Europe
Deliveries in Europe are handled by DPD.

For delivery to the overseas departments and territories and the rest of the world, Ketos will select an appropriate carrier for you based on the ordered products: DHL, UPS, or Chronopost.

Delivery tracking
Regardless of the chosen delivery method, you will be notified by email of the preparation and shipping stages of your package.
We will provide you with the number that will allow you to track its delivery on the carrier's website:
Precautions to take during delivery
It is important not to sign the delivery note before checking the contents of the package(s) and the condition of the products.
So take your time to examine your goods.
If you find that the condition of the goods is not satisfactory, you can refuse delivery by making reservations: these must be as precise as possible. A simple mention of “damaged package” or “damaged goods” is not enough. The mention “damaged goods” must appear, and the type of damage must be specified (Indicate if the product is broken, dented, scratched… and where. Also explain if the box is damaged, if it has been opened, if it is poorly closed).
We then ask you to inform us as soon as possible and no later than within 48 hours, with a detailed description of your findings, with photos if possible.
Delivery rates
Shipping costs are free from Ketos for any order of an amount minimum of €50, to metropolitan France, for a delivery to a pickup point with DPD.
The rates are calculated based on the delivery zone and the products ordered. These rates may vary depending on changes in carrier rates.

Ketos allows delivery to the following countries:
- metropolitan France by DPD or Colissimo: home or pickup point.
- Europe and Switzerland by DPD : home or workplace.
- DOM-TOMs and the rest of the world by international carrier: home
