An easy takeoff and control: Unlike wings dedicated to kitefoil racing, ultra-thin and technical, the 550 Fr maintains an intermediate thickness. This technical choice allows:
Immediate takeoff in moderate wind.
A very healthy and predictable behavior when the wind picks up and conditions become strong.
The goal of this wing is intense sessions where Vmax records and jump heights fall one after the other.
Mounting Recommendations: To stabilize this wing at high speed and get the full potential, we recommend the following configurations:
Kitefoil Freeride/Big air : The fuselage KLEVER in version S unleashes the maneuverability and responsiveness of the wing. To be paired with a PT30 tail
Kitefoil Freerace/speed : The fuselage KLEVER in version M stabilizes the wing at high speed and in very choppy upwind edges. To be paired with a PT35 tail
Wingfoil : The fuselage KLEVER in version L will give you the lift needed to take off as early as possible. To be paired with a PT35 tail
